Being a transnational researcher and a mother amid the COVID-19 crisis

The article focuses on the author’s experience as a transnational researcher during early months of COVID-19 outbreak (January–April 2020), and discusses possibilities impossibilities pandemic for mothers who are researchers. sociological approach institutional ethnography is utilised to analyse entries from diary, articles videos mass media, posts social texts (for example, regulations, policies). disjunctures between different versions reality (the experiential perspective versus ruling perspectives various institutions that framed at stages) discussed standpoint an international researcher, woman single mother.
